It is important you fully understand our service. We believe in clarity to offer you an excellent service.
The allowed number of guests is the number as per the initial reservation or later agreed, via email with us. If you do not abide by this condition we have the right to cancel the reservation and your reservation deposit, if any, may be forfeited.
We require full payment of short term rentals that are less than one month in duration. For bookings more than one month, the first month is payable and the payment plan is agreed with us thereafter. Of course, the full amount can be paid in advance for rentals of more than one month. We are happy to discuss different payment profiles with you.
- By credit card. Visa or Mastercard are only accepted.
- By cash.
- By bank transfer
All associated costs, if any, are to be borne by the client.
No keys will be released for the property until full payment has been received. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Unless explained otherwise linens and beddings are included in the rental. Unless agreed with us separately, the client is responsible for any interim cleaning of such items.
If because of the actions of the clients or his guests, or other occupants, extra cleaning is required, the client who originally made the booking. We reserve the right to take any extra payment by any means previously approved by the client.
We are happy to extend any bookings but you will appreciate this is not always possible.
All bookings have a cancellation policy applied to them. These will be explained upon booking. In ALL cases, however, in the case of cancellation or a “no-show” the full amount of the booking is payable. Emergency situations are not mitigating circumstances.
The apartment or accommodation must be vacated by 10.30am. Failure to do so can result in an extra day or half day’s occupancy being charged at the prevailing rate.
We take no responsibility for any damage, theft or harm that may impact upon a client during their stay in the property, beyond standard landlord responsibility. For example, burglary from the apartment is not our responsibility and we encourage all guests to take out travel insurance.
From time to time we will show the apartments to future guests. We will aim to inform you of this 24 hours in advance but you understand this is not always possible.
Noise levels must be kept to a minimum at all time. If we receive complaints from neighbours, or the emergency services are called, we reserve the right to remove the clients from the premises without any form of redress.
In the case that your original accommodation unit is not available we will offer you an alternative in the same class and proximate location. If this is not acceptable to you a full refund will be provided.
Damage deposits, if any, are returnable not more than 7 days after the original reservation check-out day. If preauthorisation or credit card charges have been made we will aim to refund this as soon as possible. The timing will vary depending on your particular bank.
No form of smoking is permitted in the accommodation. No pets of any sort may be kept in the apartments. 15. The payment of a deposit constitutes acceptances of these terms. We reserve the right to alter these terms without notice.
